How to request a return

1. Sign in with the email address used for your order and the verification code sent to your inbox.
2. Open the order and select Return items, if available.
3. Select the item, choose the reason, and add a note explaining your request.
4. Submit your request and await the next steps before sending anything back.

Is your product defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Describe the issue clearly in your request. Keep clear photos of the product, the issue, and its packaging available for review.

If you cannot submit your request from your account, email goodsnoze@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

Keep the product and its packaging. Do not break, cut, destroy, or dispose of the item, and do not return it to any address until you receive instructions.

For unshipped items, open your order and select Cancel items, if available. If you need help, contact goodsnoze@gmail.com with your order number.
